Demand Congress stop Trump from making a military “reaction force” to quash peaceful protest!

If you thought things were bad now, they just got a whole lot worse. President Trump and the Pentagon are reportedly considering creating a full-time “Domestic Civil Disturbance Quick Reaction Force” that could be called on to bust heads and shut down protest at a moment’s notice, according to internal documents reviewed by The Washington Post.

The Post reports “the force would be made up of about 600 National Guard troops, half of which would be based on military bases in Alabama and Arizona, ready at all times to fly into any given city or state to lay down Trump’s law. They’d have military-style weapons and riot gear, would dispatch from their bases in waves of 100 soldiers, and would cycle out after 90 days to ‘limit burnout.’”

Between this crackdown rapid response force and the Texas redistricting power grab, it's clear that Trump and his team are desperately trying to take away our two main weapons of peaceful resistance — protest and voting — to his fascist regime.

We cannot let up the pressure for one second. We need to be screaming from the rooftops, real and digital, that the American people will not stand for this flagrant attack on our First Amendment rights.
